I had a lovely session with Gel. I had red light therapy and PEMF bed with gong. Gel explained everything really well how everything works. I have a physical job which takes its toll on the body so needed some healing from the inside out. After a hectic Christmas period decided to have some me time and I came away feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Gel is so lovely and calming. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After living with constant tennis-elbow pain for over a year, I decided to try electrotherapy, and I’m so glad I did. Sceptic turned convert. I have recently had a medical issue which started with me being hospitalized for not being able to pass urine. After some trials it turns out I have an enlarged prostrate which required a catheter being installed, as you can imagine this isn't comfortable and at times down right painful. After talking to Gel it was decided to try a Terablue session followed by PEMF with Gong Playing.

I've dabbled with Red Light Therapy in the past and have a small target lamp which I've used for old joint pain. So I was excited to try out Gel's full body set up. I was not disappointed, I felt buzzing when my 30mins was up and will definately try this again. Next was the Hyperbaric Oxygen, although I've heard about amazing results with this treatment, I didn't really know what to expect. It was a little strange sat in the pod for an hour, however since having the session, I've experienced my breathing to be deeper, clearer thinking and strangely a recurring gum abcess has disappeared since the session (I could feel it going down in the chamber). So I will definately be returning for both treatments and to try out Gel's other offerings too. I would highly recommend x

i have had the oxygen treatments 3 times now and I cannot tell you how energised I feel and my lower back pain has almost gone. Geraldine is a very lovely reassuring well knowledged person. it has to be tried to enjoy the experience.

I have just booked a course after having 1 red light therapy treatment and oxygen session. The day after having it I felt tired as Gel advised but day after I had a huge burst of energy and the pain in my groin had gone. Hopefully over the next few sessions I will be pain free 🙏
